I've just gotten back from being weighed in at my Weight Watchers meeting and its not good.  This week I had the biggest gain of weight since I started the plan in 1/2010.  Soooo, for my next week's weigh in, my goal is just to lose 1 pound of what I gained.  This is going to be difficult as this week is my birthday.  I know I'm going out to dinner one night and today is my birthday picnic which I know of most of the goodies that will be there.  Some of them I made myself!  Ugh.  Losing weight is so hard but I'm not going to get discouraged.
